Waterville Chamber Meeting Focuses on Important Info for Small Businesses

Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Attorneys Paul Croy and Marissa Fitzpatrick will speak to the membership of the Waterville Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, October 17, at 11:30 a.m. at Shawn's Irish Tavern, 105 S. Third Street. The meeting topic is especially important for small business owners. Marissa will share information on the new Corporate Transparency Act which becomes effective on January 1, 2024. Paul will provide the "Top Ten Dos and Don'ts for Businesses".

Paul and Marissa are active members of the Chambers in Waterville and Maumee. Paul is a former board member of the Waterville Chamber. Marissa currently serves on the Maumee Chamber of Commerce board. Paul and Marissa practice out of the Firm's law offices in Toledo and Waterville (above).
