Attorney Jean Sieler has been elected president of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Toledo Chapter. Jean was installed as president at the organization’s September 20 meeting. Jean has been active with this organization for more than 11 years and has held a number of leadership positions in the Toledo Chapter which has over 20 members.
NAWIC members are from the construction, architectural, engineering, bonding, real estate, and banking industries. Founded 55 years ago, NAWIC's mission is to advance women in the construction industry from tradeswomen to business owners. NAWIC provides continuing education and certifications for women in the building industry, as well as leadership development and career enhancing opportunities.
