The Toledo Bar Association's Lucas County Common Pleas Court Seminar will be held on Friday, November 18, from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at TBA offices, 311 N. Superior Street.
Attorneys Jean Sieler and Jeff Smith will be leading breakout sessions on Winning Your Argument at 1 p.m. Jean will be speaking on "Practice Makes Perfect: Mock Trials and Focus Groups." Jeff's presentation will be on "Effective Writing Strategies."
This in-person, day-long seminar for attorneys includes 6.0 continuing legal education credit hours.
