On Tuesday, September 10, Attorney Marjan Neceski joined the 28th Flag City Honor Flight accompanying 87 military veterans, primarily from the Vietnam era, to Washington, D.C. to visit memorials built in their honor. Veterans and their guardians flew from Toledo Express Airport to Washington to tour the Iwo Jima, World War II, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials. They also attended the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.
The 28th Flag City Honor Flight was sponsored by Marathon Petroleum. Marjan received a special invitation to accompany this Honor Flight as a Community Partner.
